Travel agents: 3 major reasons why they save you so much money on all travel deals. by Brad Addo

Cheap airline tickets, family vacations and last minute deals found on major search engines like Travelocity, Expedia, Priceline, and many other highly advertised websites don't save you much, though it appears to be cheaper by about 5-$10 dollars. If you aren't saving at least $50-$100s of dollars per hotel, per vacation package, then you really aren't getting the best vacation deal.
Did you know that cheaptickets.com and expedia.com is owned by the same company? You are still getting sold by the same company. The travel deals, vacation and family package you thought were money savers really aren't. They're all selling commercial rates. Travel agents and travel agency will save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars on your typical Disney and ski vacation, last minute vacation, hotels and major airline tickets if you find a good one.

Travel agents generally get all the specials first hand that the travel industry releases before they reach the general public. Generally we get wholesale rates on major international travel that's never released to the public, only travel agents. I saved one customer $300+ dollars on a flight within 2 weeks notice and many other clients that personally book travel through me. Cheap airline tickets and guaranteed cheap hotels rates are always within grasp by a travel professional. With the internet being the number one source for travel bookings(82 percent of all travel) it's best to work with an online travel agent that has their own travel business because of the savings you'll always receive if their true professionals of travel. Three good reasons to book family vacations and more through travel agents are:

#1. Hotel discounts: Right now, my personal website http://fortunestravel.com/ which is a complete online travel agency that guarantees the best rate 110 percent, all the time. And it's easy to navigate through. Plus I have immediate access to unpublished hotel discount rates only available to agents. Exclusive travel agents can have access to this information that always saves you money.

#2. International travel: Airline consolidators only work with travel agents. They publish international and some domestic unpublished airline fares to travel agents only and sometimes at $thousands below commercial rates. And you thought you were saving money.

#3. Promotional Rates. Last month I ran a special at http://justflyfree.com/ where 2 people could travel free for one entire year across the globe as many times you wanted. It's over now, but its countless promotions like these that you will receive if you work closely with a travel agent. Right now I was sent a special on an all-inclusive honeymoon vacation for 5 days at $409. Talk about travel deals.

Yes, it's true the old travel agency days are gone, but the use of having your personal travel agent, priceless! If the agent has their own online travel business and sounds professional, use them for all travel business, they'll really save you thousands.

Fun Vacations By Taking A Cruise by Arvinder Jeet Singh

Vacations can be fun, however often times they can wear down your energy level and be less relaxing then you had anticipated. Many vacationers look forward to coming back home. The cost of attractions and eating out begin to outweigh the fun of the vacation. A great way to avoid vacation burnout is to take a cruise.
Cruise vacations have become popular as cruise lines are building bigger cruise ships each year. Taking a cruise has become the experience of millions that want a relaxing, fun filled vacation. Cruises tend to be centered on food and attractions. The food is scrumptious, plentiful, and made by the best chefs. On a cruise the meals usually included. This is wonderful because you eat great food and know ahead of time how much you had to pay to eat out. If you don't go on a cruise then you have to think about where to eat each day which can be time consuming and costly. It depends on the cruise line, but many cruises supply you with a plethora of entree selections at each meal. You can eat as much or little as you want as every part is included. Cruise line food isn't fast food either; it is fancy filet mignon, lobster, and tasty food. You don't have to waste time and effort worry about racking up the dinner bill because the cost is already included in the cost of your cruise vacation package.
A vacation aboard a cruise ship also offers a wide variety of entertainment options. A lot of people just think about people lounging around crowded pools while on a cruise. While this is certainly an option, many cruise lines also offer nightly shows, casinos, and swinging night clubs for their guests. While you can have a great time on the cruise ship, you can also have a blast taking day trips at each port. These day trips vary from shopping and sightseeing to tours and sports such as scuba diving.
You can explore exotic locations that offer many interesting adventures. You can discover the destination on your own or with a guided activity from the cruise line. When taking a vacation cruise comes to mind you may think that they are made for just couples. Far from it. Cruises can be enjoyed by families, singles, and anyone at any age. Cruise lines have expanded their social offerings in recent years to excite people of all backgrounds. Parents can leave their kids off with staff for adventure camps while the parents spend time on their own. These services are a real bonus to any family.
Cruise line vacations are a way to bring some fun back into your time away from work and make you wish you had more time to enjoy all of the amenities offered. They are available year around and offer an affordable means of getting away from the stresses of life and just have fun for a change. Before deciding upon your next vacation, be sure to check into a cruise because they are the biggest bang for your vacation buck offered!
